Ingredients: 15-20 peeled shrimps, 500 grams of polava rice, 1 pineapple, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 3 tablespoons chopped green chilies, 3 tablespoons diced capsicum, 1 teaspoon white pepper powder, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste, 3 tablespoons butter.
Method: Cook the rice with the polava rice. Spread the rice on a tray and cool it under the fan. Now heat the butter in a greased pan and fry the ginger and garlic in it for a while. Now add the salted shrimp and fry it lightly. Then fry the capsicum and pineapple for 2 minutes and fry the remaining ingredients except the rice for 3 minutes. Gently mix the rice with the fried ingredients and fry for another 3-4 minutes to make delicious Prawn Pineapple Fried Rice.
